  1. Prepare Ingtrdients for batter
  2. Get 3 cups idly rice
  3. Take 1 cup whole udad dal
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp methi seeds
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup cooked rice
  6. Take Ingredients for paniyaram
  7. Get 1 tsp oil
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp raai
  9. Take 1/2 tsp jeera
  10. Make ready leaves few curry
  11. Get 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  12. Get 1-2 carrot juliened (can use any veggies)
  13. Prepare to taste green chillies finely chopped
  14. Take 1 pinch turmeric
  15. Make ready Ingredients for masala dosa
  16. Take 1 onion roughly cut
  17. Get 1/2 cup green peas
  18. Take 1 tsp red chiili powder
  19. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  20. Prepare to taste salt
  21. Prepare cup water1/2
  22. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  23. Get 1/2 tsp raai
  24. Get 1/2 tsp jeera
  25. Make ready 2-3 whole red chiilies
  26. Take few curryleaves
  27. Prepare 10 cashews
  28. Prepare 1 cup grated coconut
  29. Take 1 clove garlic
  30. Make ready 2 green chilli
  31. Take leaves few coriander
  32. Make ready 2 tsp gram roasted
  33. Take 1 tsp jeera
  34. Get to taste salt
  35. Prepare grind everthing and give tadka.
  36. Take 1 tsp coconut oil
  37. Prepare 1/2 tsp raai
  38. Take as needed curry leaves

How to make dosa maavu paniyaram recipe: Heat oil in a pan - add mustard seeds let it splutter, then add urad dal and chana dal fry till golden brown. Then add green chillies,hing,curry leaves and ginger. Then add onion, required salt saute till transparent. Add this tadka to dosa batter.

Steps to make Idly/Dosa/Paniyaram(with1batter):
  1. Wash and soak idlyrice and in another bowl udad dal +methi seeds for 8 hours then grind it with 1/2 cup cooked rice. add salt to taste and keep for fermentation, whole night. - - Idly pour laddle full of batter in greased idly plate and steam for 8-10 mins..let it cool for 2-3 mins and thn scoop out with the help of spoon..serve with chutney and sambar.
  2. Paniyaram-Let the tadka cool little and pour in the batter and mix well.Heat paniyaram pan and add oil and pour batter and cook on medium low covered…thn flip and cook other side.serve paniyaram with chutney and sambar.
  3. Add 1/4 cup water to 1 cup batter for dosa consistency, swirl on hot tawa and cook till golden,add ghee to yhe sides and put masala in the middle and close two sides and serve..
  4. Sambhar - 1 cup toor dal soak for 1 hour pressure cook with salt, turmeric,red chilli powder fir 2 whistle add pearl onions,1 cut tomato,1 carrot cut and cook add 2 tsp sambhar powder and 1 tbsp imli water cook and give tadka of raai,while red chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Tasty and satisfying breakfast is ready with 1batter.

Then add onion, required salt saute till transparent. Add this tadka to dosa batter. Having Idli batter at home always makes life easy to make breakfast. Paniyaram with idli batter will be so tasty. There are lot of different variations to prepare paniyaram/paddu.
