The ingredients needed to make Wheat sweet paniyaram:
  1. Take 1 cup Wheat flour
  2. Take 1 cup Sugar
  3. Take 1 big or 2 small Banana
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. Make ready 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  6. Make ready 1 Egg

Meanwhile heat the paniyaram pan over medium heat. Take wheat flour, sooji, curd, salt in a bowl. Add water slowly to make a little thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, add in all the ingredients given for seasoning.

Steps to make Wheat sweet paniyaram:

  2. Heat non stick paniyaram tawa. Add one drop oil to each hole. Bring it to Sim.
  3. Pour the batter into the hole.
  4. After 3 mins flip it.
  5. After 3 mins take it out.
  6. Serve it.

Dry roast lightly rice flour, wheat flour and semolina in a heavy bottom pan over medium low heat. In the same pan, lightly roast fresh coconut until light brown.
