  1. Make ready 1 cup rajigara
  2. Get 1/2 cup peanut crumble
  3. Prepare 1 cup buttermilk
  4. Make ready 1 Potato crust
  5. Make ready 2 chillies chopped
  6. Take 1 tsp ginger paste
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp pepper powder
  8. Prepare to taste Salt
  9. Make ready as required Oil for roasting

Instructions to make Paniyaram:
  1. In a bowl, add rajigara, roasted peanuts crumble, potatoes crust, chilli, pepper, ginger paste, salt to taste, buttermilk as needed and mix well.
  2. After that heat the pan. add 1 tsp of oil in all the round and add 1 tbsp of batter in all the round.
  3. Cover the lid and roast both the side 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
  4. Then take in serving plate and serve it.
