  1. Get 1 cup sour idli or dosa batter
  2. Get 1 tsp Rava
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup chopped onion
  4. Take 1 chopped green chilli
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  6. Prepare 2 tsp Oil
  7. Make ready As per taste Salt

Instructions to make Paniyaram:
  1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, after it splutters add onions and green chillies. Saute till translucent.
  2. Add rava and tempering to batter and mix well. Check salt add if required. Set aside for 15 min.
  3. Pour in kuzhi paniyaram pan and drizzle oil on the sides and flip. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
