  2. Get you 2 cups.
  3. Fitst pour the Captain counting about 3 or 4 seconds. Like 1..2..3
  4. 6 seconds for the Strawberry Banana
  5. 5 Seconds of the Tropical Blend
  6. The glass should be about a quarter of an inch from the rim.
  7. Mix back and forth between the two cups twice.
