Hello everybody, it’s John, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, v8 goulash. One of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

V8 Goulash is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. V8 Goulash is something which I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

I have made it for years. My mom's recipe for Polish Goulash was using large elbow pasta, tomato soup and sautéed onions. In a large skillet, brown beef in oil; drain. Combine the broth, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika and mustard.

The ingredients needed to make V8 Goulash:
  1. Take oz 1 64oz bottle V8 veggie juice.(regular or spicy)
  2. Take 1 box macaroni noodles
  3. Get 1 1/2 lb hamburger meat ( I use lean)
  4. Prepare 2 small onions
  5. Get 2 can diced tomatoes
  6. Get 1 tbsp garlic powder
  7. Get 1 tbsp garlic salt
  8. Make ready 1 salt pepper to taste (optional)

Add onion and garlic, saute until transparent. This recipe for Grandma's Goulash is an old family recipe that is totally American and is super easy to make. This American Goulash is pure comfort food made all in one pot. Made with simple ingredients: ground beef, canned tomatoes and macaroni.

Steps to make V8 Goulash:
  1. Saute hamburger and onion till hamburger is cooked through and onions are tender. Add salt pepper to taste.
  2. While hamburger is cooking pour V8 juice into slow cooker, add cans of diced tomato. Turn cooker to low.
  3. When hamburger is done drain and pour into slow cooker. Stir.
  4. Add garlic powder, garlic salt, salt pepper to taste. Let cook on low 2-3 hours to let flavors combine.
  5. When ready boil water and cook macaroni and drain. Add to slow cooker stir. Serve :)

This American Goulash is pure comfort food made all in one pot. Made with simple ingredients: ground beef, canned tomatoes and macaroni. When you take it out, be sure to thaw it overnight in the refrigerator. To prepare, reheat in the microwave or a large saucepan over medium heat. Keep in mind though that when you freeze goulash, the pasta continues to absorb the liquid - becoming softer.

If you want to battle depression, you should eat some cold water fish. Cold water fish including tuna, trout and wild salmon are chock full of DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can greatly elevate your mood.

It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you eat grains. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are terrific at helping you be happier. They fill you up better and that can help you with your moods also. It’s not difficult to feel low when you feel hungry! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are not hard for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You were just expecting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is high in a specific amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies prove that this specific amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This helps better your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You likely already knew how easy it is to get healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are aware that it helps you to raise your moods also!
