The ingredients needed to make Jiggly Grapefruits Jello:
  1. Get 350 ml 100% natural juice (grapefruit or orange)
  2. Make ready 1 pack Powdered gelatin
  3. Prepare 1 Grapefruit
  4. Take 1 tbsp Sugar (as you like - also fine without)

Dissolve the soaked gelatin in the honey syrup. Allow to cool to room temperature. Stir the grapefruit juice and a pinch of salt into the gelatin mixture. Divide into individual servings or pour into one container.

Instructions to make Jiggly Grapefruits Jello:
  1. Peel the grapefruit and shred to bite-sizes. While doing so, keep 350 ml of the juice. You will use this to make the jelly.
  2. Shake in the gelatin to the halved amount of juice. Set aside briefly. Microwave to dissolve the gelatin (if you're adding sugar, do so at this point).
  3. Mix thoroughly and make sure the gelatin is dissolved fully. Combine with the rest of the juice.
  4. Pour into a container. Add the grapefruit flesh (step 1) and chill in the fridge to harden.

Stir the grapefruit juice and a pinch of salt into the gelatin mixture. Divide into individual servings or pour into one container. Serve cold plain or with whipped cream. Prepare the Grapefruit Peels Slice the grapefruits lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the pulp all the way to the pith without breaking the rind.
