The ingredients needed to make 2 Layer Bavarois Jello:
  1. Make ready 500 ml 100% fruit juice (orange)
  2. Take 180 ml ○Milk
  3. Get 80 grams ○Sugar
  4. Take 80 ml Water
  5. Make ready 15 grams Gelatin
  6. Get 100 ml Heavy cream

Cook time is chilling time after pouring into mold. Before unmolding, dip knife in warm water and run knife around edge of gelatin to loosen. Lift from water and gently pull gelatin from edge of mold with moistened fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold.

Instructions to make 2 Layer Bavarois Jello:
  1. Mix together and let the gelatin soak.
  2. Add ○ to a pot, and dissolve the sugar without letting it boil.
  3. Add the mixture from step 1 to step 2, and let it dissolve.
  4. After dissolving, add heavy cream, give it a quick stir, and remove from heat.
  5. Add the juice all at once to step 4, and lightly stir.
  6. Pour the mixture into the mold, let it cool, and chill in the fridge for 4~5 hours.
  7. Remove from the mold, and cut into individual slices. If placing into a cocotte or ramekin, mix well.
  8. If making this in a cup, then 10 g of gelatin is sufficient.
  9. Top with whipped cream and oranges, and give it as a present.

Lift from water and gently pull gelatin from edge of mold with moistened fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Stir in berries and whipping cream. Add another layer of fresh berries and the rest of the Jello mixture. When the bottom layer is slightly jelled, whip the cream and repeat the process with the second bowl of dry gelatin, decreasing the cold water to ¾ cup.

Serotonin is known as the “feel good” chemical and it tells your brain how you should be feeling all the time. The more of it you have, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Not only that, nuts, particularly, are a fantastic protein food source.

If you want to beat depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are chock full of DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. These are two things that really help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s true: chomping on a tuna fish sandwich can basically help you overcome depression.

It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really great for helping increase your happiness levels. These grains can help you feel full for longer too, helping you feel better. Feeling famished can truly make you feel terrible! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not difficult for your stomach to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You were simply waiting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while simultaneously loosening up the rest of your body. You probably already knew how easy it is to get healthy when you drink green tea. And now you are aware that green tea can help you be happier also!
