The ingredients needed to make Carrot Jello:
  1. Prepare 100 grams Carrot
  2. Prepare 200 ml Orange juice
  3. Get 2 tsp Gelatin powder
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp Water
  5. Get 1 Honey

If you have never tired it or heard of it, it may sound weird having carrots in your Jello, but trust me, it's really good!!! It couldn't be any easier to make, and it's super yummy! Mix the carrot juice with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and jam sugar. Turn right side up and cool completely.

Steps to make Carrot Jello:
  1. Soak the gelatin in the water listed.
  2. Heat the grated carrot and orange juice in a saucepan. If you don't think it will be sweet enough, add the honey in here.
  3. Stop the heat and stir in the dissolved gelatin.
  4. Pour into the cup of your choice and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill and harden, then they are done.

Mix the carrot juice with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and jam sugar. Turn right side up and cool completely. Store the jars in a cool, dark place. Slice,serve on lettuce leaves Fix Jello according to package. Use pineapple juice as part of water.

These are two substances that boost the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s true: chomping on a tuna fish sandwich can basically help you fight depression.

Grains can be good for driving away a terrible mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually wonderful for helping increase your happiness levels. They help you feel full also which can really help to make your mood better. It’s not difficult to feel a little bit off when you feel hungry! These grains can help your mood elevate as it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest these grains quicker than other foods which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.

Green tea is really good for your mood. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is chock-full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have found that this particular amino acid can essentially stimulate brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while at the same relaxing the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not difficult to get healthy when you drink green tea. Now you know that it helps you to lift your moods also!
