The ingredients needed to make Strawberry jello with fruits:
  1. Get 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
  2. Make ready 1 tablespoon sugar
  3. Take 2 tablespoons strawberry crush
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup each of pomegranate,apple,orange and papaya cubes
  5. Prepare 1 banana pieces

Instructions to make Strawberry jello with fruits:
  1. Soak agar agar in 1/2 cup cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile boil 1 cup water,add agar agar,stir and add strawberry crush and sugar powder.
  3. Boil for 2 minutes,transfer to moulds.
  4. Cool for 10 minutes and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  5. Unmould and serve with fruits.
  6. Serve chilled.

These are two substances that boost the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s the truth: eating tuna fish sandwiches can truly help you battle your depression.

Grains can be wonderful for driving away a bad mood. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are terrific at helping you be happier. These foods fill you up better and that can help improve your moods as well. It’s not difficult to feel a little bit off when you are starving! These grains can elevate your mood because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your glucose levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Your mood could really be helped by green tea. You just knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea has been found to be packed full of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has discovered that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while at the same calming the rest of your body. You likely already knew how easy it is to be healthy when you drink green tea. Now you know it can help raise your mood also!
