The ingredients needed to make Veggie Thepla Taco:
  1. Get 1.5 cup wheat flour
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup gram flour
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup curd
  4. Get 3 tbsp kasuri methi
  5. Make ready 1 tsp carom seeds
  6. Prepare 1 tsp coriander cumin powder
  7. Take 2 tsp oil
  8. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  10. Get 1/2 lemon juice
  11. Make ready 1/4 tsp hing
  12. Take as per taste Salt
  13. Prepare as required Oil for frying
  14. Take 1 medium size onion chopped
  15. Get 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
  16. Prepare 1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped
  17. Take 1/2 green capcicum chopped
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp grated paneer
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp butter

Steps to make Veggie Thepla Taco:
  1. In a bowl take wheat flour, gram flour, kasuri methi, curd, carom seed, coriander, cumin powder, turmeric powder, oil, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice, hing and salt. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Add water and mix well. Knead to form a dough.
  3. Make balls from the dough. Roll balls with dry flour and make theplas. Not very thin or very thick. Fry all the theplas with oil.
  4. In a frying pan add some butter. Add chopped onion and saute it. Now add all the chopped bell peppers. Add salt. Fry all the ingredients. Lastly add some grated paneer and switch off the flame.
  5. Now in the theplas put some bell pepper mixture and garnish the theplas with grated paneer.
  6. Serve the theplas with any dip.
