  3. Prepare 2 heaping tablespoons Sugar
  4. Make ready 5 grams Gelatin

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.

  3. Add sugar to the liquid mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.
  4. Stir in the mandarin oranges and place the bowl in ice water to cool. Once the mixture thickens, the mandarin oranges will float to the top and set.
